FSAstore.com had recently grown out of being a flexible spending account site and needed to evolve into something more approachable and easier to understand (for health and wellness) to both its older audience and the growing millennial workforce. I was brought in to help spearhead the company's enormous rebrand by leading an in-house team with the VP of Branding and Design Director. We spent months creating new logos, site designs, brand voice, taglines, on top of overhauling the company's marketing, social content, video production, B2B presence and lots more.
